Slow News Day

Just kidding, Mommy and Daddy are home, it’s not slow at all!

I’m doing a happy dance!

IMG_1060

Mommy and I got caught up and went for a walk. Daddy and
I walked too and I got him another free ice tea 🙂 Yay me.

What I want to know is when do the presents start when Mommy goes away. And I don’t mean a “My parents went away and all I got…” Yep, that means no t-shirts! Mommy got me this cool piano though that I love. I’m pretty good at it too and play a mean Moonlight Sonata.

Beethoven has nothing on me.

Friends Forever

Hey there. Life has been so hectic that I haven’t had a second to tell you about my trip to see my buddy Axel in Philly. We’re only 9 days apart and I’m being real nice to him because he’s a big boy. I even agreed to wear red so we could be matching.

IMG_1988-2IMG_1980

But first things first. On the way we stopped in New Jersey to see my Daddy’s cousin Karen and Uncle Carney. They have lots of American flags at their house and I got to wave one.IMG_1968

IMG_1969

Then off we went to Philly. I can’t believe we actually got a picture of
all of us smiling at the camera. Is that even humanly possible?

IMG_1992

Daddy and Ian, Axel’s Dad, even did the cool guy thing and took us boys for a walk. Mommy’s friend Lizzy came over to say hi too.

IMG_1986 IMG_1987

Mommy brought my lunch so we didn’t have to rush back home. Yay. Having too much fun there. But then, Daddy and Ian swapped us – yikes, I hope they don’t do that in real life. Ummm, now it is time to go HOME!

My Bad

OK, I’ll admit it. I wasn’t very nice today to Grammy today.

She wanted to continue the fashion show and put some new
red pants on me. I wanted to wear jeans like her. Wouldn’t Grandmother-Grandson outfits be so cute?

FullSizeRender-2

She was right though because everywhere we went, people opened the doors for us. The royal treatment, I like that. And those little gnomes are awfully cute.

So yes, I apologized for my behavior. Have to get brownie points, Christmas is coming soon you know.

Grammy in Charge

Mommy and Daddy had to fly the coop so Grammy is here. I
sure  hope she knows what she’s doing but it’s cool because
Daddy gave her very explicit instructions like, you know, making sure the dehumidifier is on super high. I’m going to miss him
reading me my nightly chapter of Great Expectations cause I’ll
be wondering what Pip and Miss Havisham are doing.

IMG_3122IMG_3123

Grammy dressed me up in a new outfit to take me out on the town. Real clothes and my ‘First Original’ blue jeans. Woo hoo!

IMG_3125

I do look pretty cool, if I do say so myself. IMG_3135

She even popped my collar like I asked. Have an image
to maintain. Miss you Mommy and Daddy. Hurry home!

Luke Being Luke

Busy day yesterday. Went for my four-month check-up and I’m really a big boy now, 12 pounds! I may have been a little guy
at birth but I have been catching up quickly ever since so watch
out world.

IMG_4493

Daddy is loving his free tea so we stopped by Bouchon  and
I sported my most irresistible self. It worked! Iced tea on the house!

IMG_2107

It started raining so Daddy and I went home to watch
my favorite movie, Look Who’s Talking (well, duh).

IMG_9481

News flash! Mommy just texted from the airport saying how delicious chocolate milk is. Yum, I can’t wait to get some of
that tomorrow!

A Day in the Life

Daddy and I had a good day. First, I dragged Daddy to Central Park to make him go birding. Mission accomplished cause  we saw an owl as big as me!

IMG_1900

We were so excited we went to Bouchon for treats. The lady behind the counter took one look at me and sent Daddy to the front of the line to a free iced tea waiting for him.

IMG_1899

I do have that effect on people.

Reading List

One of my favorite gifts Mommy has given me is the love of reading. IMG_1945IMG_1948

Yeah, I know I’m a genius reading books to myself at almost four months. Mary had a Little Lamb is not exactly my jam; I’m way more into that cat with the funny hat but Mommy hasn’t let me read that one yet. Maybe she’s afraid the Things will come and mess up our house.

IMG_1935

I just hope I don’t have to read Mommy’s mushy romance novels. Kissing, yuck.

Day Tripping

Before we left for NJ, Mommy took me for a walk in Central Park. Mommy thought she was smart but I knew her ploy, she was trying to tire me out for the drive so I would sleep in the car. She was right as usual, the Park was really stimulating…I was mesmerized.

.IMG_1912-2  IMG_1917

Then off we went and I met my new friend, Jane. I guess I am rather adorable because she couldn’t keep her eyes off of me (I seem to have that problem a lot ahem). Reminded me of that brown thing here down in Hingham.

IMG_1909 IMG_1908

I tried to be a nice guy but don’t worry, I wasn’t a two-timer and told her I have a girl A back home. We took a bunch of pictures to make sure we got a great one.

IMG_1892

I guess I can’t win them all.

Meet Ups

On the road again. Tomorrow we’re going to New Jersey to visit some friends. I’m excited, I love older women and Jane is so cute.

IMG_1845IMG_1846

I hope Mommy dresses me in a great outfit to meet my new friends. First impressions, you know.

IMG_1855IMG_1861

Gosh I’m popular…or is Mommy the one?!

IMG_1828-2

What did Delaware? She wore a New Jersey. Hehe, love that one.
