Willie Nelson and I are singing the same tune ….  “On the Road Again…”

But this is a fun trip cause I’m off to see my friend Jane. It’s cool because her Dad was a great hockey player at Dartmouth so they have all the best gear set up to play.

Daddy kept shooting balls at me cause I was in goalie. Not funny!

Phew, catching all of those balls at goalie was exhausting so we
took a break. Jane wanted to show me her baby dolls. Um… no
thank you, Missy!

It was a fun day with good friends. Here we are with Jane and her Daddy, Dan. And pssst, Jane is going to be a big sister soon!

I hope the  baby will be the goalie next time.

I love to play with my toys. But give me something really good, like a roll of paper towels, and I am in my glory.

I have a whole room of toys but they take second place to
my Bounty.

First, I check to see if it’s really The Quicker Picker-upper.

     Yep, it is!

Then back to the fun.

Hey, who said it’s okay to have freezing temps in April?

I’m ready for spring and some baseball!

I’m not particular. I’ll go for the paper towel roll or

a brochure or

dive bomb into legos.

As you can see, it really doesn’t matter.

Good thing I look innocent or I’d really be in trouble!

Let me tell you, my world never stops.

Saturday we went to New Jersey to  visit Muchy and Grandma Chichi.

   

Mommy said they had chickens but I thought she was just kidding.

I was excited to play with blocks. And a cute duck toy I thought must be the chicken Mommy was talking about.

   

But a tea party? Um, I don’t think so, and spoke my mind.

Then we went to see the chickens. Really, they raise chickens!
Daddy fed them while I watched. I wasn’t getting that close – yet.

But then I got a little closer… and closer.

   

They laid eggs and I took some home.

Here we are, the Mucho men. And Grandma Chichi (who is Muchy’s girlfriend, I know it gets a little confusing).

  

Mommy had so much fun she had a glass of wine right when we got home.

 

 

All the kids at daycare are going to be jealous of me when they see my snack.

My own personally branded Luke’s potato chips, Luke’s Lightening Bolts, and Luke’s Cheddar Clouds. Organic too!

And don’t worry, there’s plenty more where those came from!

I was a little anxious today since I had to go to the doctor for a weight check. Since I’ve been sick for a few weeks, the doctor wanted to make sure I hadn’t lost weight. I’m a little guy and need every ounce.

I put on my coolest big-boy outfit to look sharp and make a good impression.

Hey, I did ok! The best part is that I get to have an extra meal every day so I keep gaining. No Jenny Craig for me!

I apologize if this post is a little longer than usual.

But this busy boy had a fun Easter weekend and has lots to say. BTW, who knew the Easter bunny was going to be my new bff.

  

We drove to Hingham on Friday, and big sweet surprise, Grammy and Auntie Hay had dyed eggs for me!!

Mommy and Auntie Hay went to get manis so Grammy and Pops took me for a walk. I hadn’t seen the Brown Dog in so long and she was so big, I cried because I was so scared of her. But at the same time,  I couldn’t take my eyes off of her either. She was sad I wouldn’t play with her at first.

  

Auntie Hay is so much fun to play with. She does a mean airplane.

  

Saturday morning we went to a Pancake Breakfast to meet the Easter Bunny. I wasn’t so sure about this. Turned out he’s a great guy and we hit it off immediately! I loved him and Daddy thought it was funny. Afraid of Big Brown Dogs, but not Big White Rabbits.

  

We played with eggs on the table and I ate my first pancakes.

Then we went outside to the egg hunt and baby petting zoo.

We (babies) compared notes.

As usual, The Luke Paparazzi followed me everywhere and captured my every move.

 

Mommy and Daddy worked hard to get a good picture of all of us.
I’d say Mission Accomplished!

  

Home to nap and then, we went to visit the cows at Hornstra Farm in Norwell. One of the calves was only 6 days old! Now who’s the baby here?!

  

That night, Easter Eve, we hung out and acted silly. I rocked on my new horse. I need to think of a name for him. Mommy said she named her rocking horse Debbie.

     

Finally it was Easter morning! My new Bunny friend did not disappoint. I  must have made a good impression on him at the breakfast on Saturday cause I got some really good loot.

  

We went back to the Club for a big lunch and I got to show off my fancy new outfit and Prince George shoes. S-n-a-z-z-z-z-y!

   

I was the hit of the party, well to the Prender family anyway.

  

Then, Mommy said it was time to head back to NYC. We had to leave early to miss all that traffic. Noooo!

  

That was ok though, I got to hold my new bunny and sleep all the way home.

Easter was so much fun, I can’t wait to see what holiday is next!!

 

I wanted to know more about this holiday called Easter (aside from the religious meaning) so I looked to see what Mommy was doing at Easter when she was around my age.

It’s Wednesday which means the weekend is almost here. Yippee!

This is gonna be a good weekend cause we’re going to Hingham. Mommy says the Easter Bunny is coming this weekend and we’re celebrating my first one there.

I’ll take her at her word that it’s going to be a fun day. She says we’ll dye eggs and eat chocolate rabbits. Hmmm does that sound kinda weird?

I wonder if the Brown Dog will be there watching my every move. I’m preparing myself for that!
